What is Allurépic® Curve™?
Allurépic® Curve™ is a sterilized by moist heat, transparent, and odorless gel with high viscosity of crosslinked hyaluronic acid with nonanimal. The product is intended to treat body rhytides, lipoatrophy, and scars.
Allurépic® Curve™ consists of Hyaluronic Acid Gel from bio-fermentation and is suspended in a physiological buffer pH 7.
Allurépic® Curve™ is a viscoelastic, biodegradable, non-pyrogenic gel supplied in a disposable glass syringe with a Luer lock fitting. The syringe has a plunger stopper, finger grip, and plunger rod packed in a blister.

What are the potential side effects?
Allurépic® Curve™ injections can lead to potential immediate or delayed side effects, including:
- Inflammatory reactions include redness, swelling, itching, pain, and tenderness at the injection site.
- Induration (hardening of the skin) or the formation of nodules at the injection site.
- Poor filling results due to improper injection technique.
- Delayed or immediate hypersensitivity, abscess formation, and glabellar necrosis (though rare).
- Hematomas (collection of blood under the skin).
It is recommended that immediate medical attention be sought if these reactions persist for over a week. These reactions typically occur immediately or 1-2 weeks after the injection, are usually mild to moderate, and last about two weeks. Patients experiencing such reactions should contact their physicians promptly. Treatment should be avoided for patients with multiple allergic reactions.
